DESCRIPTION

KÖSTER Turbo Mortar M is a fiber reinforced repair, concrete replacement, and re-profiling mortar with high chemical and mechanical resistance. KÖSTER Turbo Mortar M can be mechanically stressed after 60 minutes. The consistency can be regulated for vertical or horizontal application. A distinguishing feature of KÖSTER Turbo Mortar M is its low shrinkage. With the addition of KÖSTER Turbo additives, the mortar characteristics can be optimized for individual jobsite requirements.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

KÖSTER Turbo Mortar M is suitable for all interior and exterior concrete repairs. It is especially suited to time-sensitive applications such as: - Repair of industrial floors during continued operation - Repair of streets and driveways - Joining shaft rings - Repair of bridges and infrastructure for fast re-opening - Pouring foundations

KÖSTER Turbo Mortar M on kiududega tugevdatud parandus, betooniremondi ja reprofileerimis mört kõrge keemilise ja mehaanilise vastupidavusega. KÖSTER Turbo Mortar M võib mehaaniliselt koormata juba 60 min. pärast. Mördi konsistentsi saab lisatava veekogusega muuta kas vertikaalpindadele või horisontaalpindadele sobivaks. Mördil on väga väike mahukahanemine. Kasutades KÖSTER Turbo süsteemi lisandeid on võimalik muuta mördi omadusi vastavalt erinevate projektide vajadustele.


KÖSTER Turbo Mortar M sobib kasutamiseks kõikidel betooniremonditöödel nii sise- kui välistingimustes. Eriti sobilik ka eriomadusi nõudvatel töödel, näiteks:

  • Tööstuspõrandate remont tootmist katkestamata
  • Tänavate ja sissesõiduteede remont
  • Betoonelementide ühendamine, näiteks kaevurõngad
  • Sildade ja muude sarnaste ehitiste remont
  • Vundamentide valamine
