Primostar Group enters the North American market
On February 9, 2026, Primostar registered two wholly owned subsidiaries:
- Primostar LLC (United States)
- Primostar Group Inc. (Canada)
This is not a symbolic step. It is a strategic platform.
We have established a local legal structure to enter the U.S. and Canadian markets programmatically — through development and innovation platforms that enable long-life, environmentally responsible construction solutions to reach real projects.
Primostar’s approach is based on structural logic, not trends. We design and build solutions engineered for durability beyond standard construction cycles, with lifecycle impact considered from the outset.
Our cooperation within the ClimateTech Expertise Network (CEN) framework provides an additional pathway to develop and validate solutions in the North American context. We are not entering the market to experiment. We are building the foundation for a long-term, systematic presence.
