From Primostar’s perspective and conversations on-site, the following insights emerged:

Discussions repeatedly
highlighted the need for system-based approaches – not just individual
products, but well-thought-out solutions that reduce risks throughout the
entire lifecycle of a project.

Topics like groundwater,
leakage, and costly post-construction repairs were openly discussed. The focus
is shifting toward prevention rather than fixing problems later.
3. Experience and trust

There is clear value
placed on partners who can offer not only technical solutions, but also
confidence – backed by experience and proven references.
4. Shared challenges
across the Baltic Sea
Conversations confirmed
that similar issues arise in both Estonian and Swedish projects, creating a
strong foundation for collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Our conclusion?
Good waterproofing is invisible.
