The third quarter of 2026 was a period of US market development, stronger international cooperation, and progress in production quality and environmental management for Primostar.

During the quarter, we continued meetings with representatives of the public sector, academia, and architecture in the Miami area. Primostar LLC, the US subsidiary of Primostar Group AS, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Miami and was selected as one of ten companies for the Southwest Florida Resilience track of the Ambition Accelerated programme.

As an important milestone, Primostar Tootmine OÜ successfully completed certification by Bureau Veritas, confirming compliance with the international ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. Patent protection for the Primostar® Crack Control System technology was also extended to Ukraine.

The next phase will focus on turning established partnerships into concrete projects and supporting the adoption of Primostar’s technology in the US market.

Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Miami

Primostar LLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Miami to support the validation of Primostar’s technology in the US market. The cooperation helps us better understand the needs of the local construction sector and creates opportunities to test materials and solutions in collaboration with the university’s researchers and engineers.

Ambition Accelerated programm

Primostar LLC was selected as one of ten companies for the Southwest Florida Resilience track of the Ambition Accelerated programme. Participation supports the company’s continued market development and the expansion of its network in the United States.

ISO 9001:2015 ja ISO 14001:2015

• Primostar Tootmine OÜ successfully completed certification by Bureau Veritas. The company’s production operations meet the requirements of the international ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard and the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management standard.
• Certification confirms a systematic approach to quality and environmental management and strengthens confidence among both existing and new partners.

Patent Protection in Ukraine

• The Primostar® Crack Control System technology is now also protected by a patent in Ukraine. Ukrainian patent UA 130868 C2 strengthens the company’s intellectual property protection and supports the further introduction of its technology to the Ukrainian market.

Together with Ken Põldis, a representative of Nasdaq Tallinn, we visited construction sites to demonstrate how Primostar’s solutions are used in practice.

• Expanding the international sales pipeline and converting existing contacts into projects and orders.

The milestones achieved in the third quarter strengthen the foundations for Primostar’s international growth. Our next steps will focus on putting partnerships into practice and securing the first US pilot projects. At the same time, we will continue to support sales growth in Lithuania and develop business contacts established in Sweden into concrete projects. The goal is to reach the next stage of market development, where meetings and agreements generate new orders and expand the use of Primostar’s technologies.
