DESCRIPTION

KÖSTER Mortar Accelerator is an additive mixture that selectively accelerates the setting of Portland cements. It is free from corrosionpromoting chlorides and fluorides. The influence on the working properties and the working time is minor.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

KÖSTER Mortar Accelerator is suitable as an additive to all purely Portland cement mortar systems, e.g.: - as a quick screed component - Especially in combination with KÖSTER Sewer and Shaft Mortar to compensate for weather-related reaction delays.

CONSUMPTION

1% - 5% of the cement content by weight Usual mortar systems: 1 - 3%; example: approx. 250 - 750 g per 25 kg KÖSTER Sewer and Shaft Mortar.

KÖSTER Mortar Accelerator on lisandisegu, mis selektiivselt kiirendab portlandtsemendi tardumist. Lisand ei sisalda korrosiooni soodustavaid aineid nagu kloriidid ja fluoriidid. Toode ei mõjuta toote muid omadusi peale tardumisaja.


KÖSTER Mortar Accelerator sobib lisandina kõigile puhtalt Portlandtsemendi põhistele mördisüsteemidele.
Näiteks:

  • tasanduskihtide valamiseseks sobivatele mörtidele
  • Lisandina KÖSTER Sewer and Shaft Mortar, et tagada kiirem
    kõvenemine ebasoodsate ilmatikuolude korral.
