Primostar Group vuoden 2026 ensimmäisen vuosineljänneksen yhteenveto
Primostar Group AS Q1 2026

January 1 – March 30, 2026

The first quarter of 2026 has clearly been a period of international positioning for Primostar. We have taken concrete steps toward entering the U.S. market, established the necessary legal structures, and initiated collaboration with the Columbia University ClimateTech Expertise Network program.

Alongside our U.S. expansion, we have continued active operations in the Baltics and prepared for entry into the Swedish market. In March, we also made a significant move regarding Ukraine – the Ukrainian Patent Office has issued a decision to register our patent application, “Rupture element for concrete structures.” This provides additional international protection for Primostar’s technology and strengthens our competitive advantage in foreign markets.

On the development side, we continue to move forward. A new profile, Primostar® Crack Inducing Waterstop Universal, has been completed, aiming to take our solutions to the next level in both reliability and ease of use.

At the same time, we are investing in knowledge sharing. Primostar’s CEO, Indrek Uusalu, has brought our mindset and engineering logic to students at TalTech, bridging practical experience with the academic world.

The next phase will focus on launching our first pilot project in the U.S. and converting international partnerships into concrete projects.

International Expansion and U.S. Market Development

Over the past quarter, Primostar has taken several strategic steps toward entering the North American market. In collaboration with the ClimateTech Expertise Network (CEN) program at Columbia University, we have refined our value proposition in the context of the U.S. market and further developed our market entry strategy. The program also supports us in building connections with investors and partners, while providing access to U.S. innovation and funding programs.

In parallel, we have established the necessary legal structures – Primostar LLC has been founded in the United States and Primostar Group Inc. in Canada, creating a solid foundation for implementing international partnerships and pilot projects.

We have also strengthened our presence in the North American cleantech ecosystem by participating in the UNC Cleantech Summit and holding meetings with investors and developers. Our current focus is on securing a partner for the first U.S. pilot project in order to validate our solutions in real-world conditions on a new market.

Market Validation and International Visibility

During Q1, Primostar participated in several leading international industry events:

  • CES 2026 (Las Vegas)
  • World of Concrete 2026
