DESCRIPTION

The KÖSTER TPO TF 1.5 is a reinforced waterproofing membrane with a silver signal layer on the top layer, produced in Germany with the highest quality compounds and it is free of volatile plasticizers. This robust waterproofing membrane is conformed to DIN EN 13967:2012 and a moisture barrier Type T. It is specially suitable for the waterproofing of tunnels and all types of underground structures. This TPO / FPO PE-Base based membrane is highly tear resistant and provides a very high flexibility, so that even large cracks are securely bridged. It is highly resistant to attack by microorganisms present in the soil and also resistant to perforation by roots. It has excellent resistance to very low temperatures and it can be submerged under water without being affected in its performance. Overlaps are easily connected together only by hot air welding, the top side includes a silver signal foil that allows an easy identification of damages caused during the installation. KÖSTER TPO TF 1.5 is not accepted for use in roofs or any other external applications were the membrane will be directly exposed to UV radiation and weathering.
