Tallinna kesklinna on kerkinud Uus-Veerenni elukvartal. Kvartali maa-alune osa on tehtud Primostari valge vanni lahendusega ning nii see ka jätkub.
Primostar is collaborating with the main contractor, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti,  and the concrete supplier, Betoonimeister AS. 

The developer of the Uus-Veerenni quarter is  AS Merko Ehitus Eesti.
