Today, June 5th at 10:00, a special bell ceremony took place at Nasdaq Tallinn stock exchange – this officially marked the beginning of Primostar Group AS’s journey on the Nasdaq First North market.

But this wasn’t just any bell ringing. In the 30-year history of Nasdaq Tallinn, there has never been a day with multiple bell ceremonies – until now. Today, the bell rang three times: for Primostar’s shares, as well as for Eesti Energia and EVERAUS Kinnisvara bonds.

We are proud to share a moment that marks an important stage in our development story. Thank you to everyone who has been with us on this journey.

In the 30-year history of Nasdaq Tallinn, there have never been multiple stock exchange bell ceremonies in one day - today there were three of them: in addition to the Primostar share, also the Eesti Energia and Everaus Kinnisvara bonds.
