DESCRIPTION

The KÖSTER One Day Site Packer forms a cone in the area of the green rubber gasket that ensures that the anchoring pressure is applied deep within the drill hole. This creates a higher pull out resistance and less of a chance of the packer cracking the drill hole walls. An extra one way valve at the base of the KÖSTER One Day Site Packer and a locking ring that keeps the rubber gasket under constant pressure enables the removal of the spanner before the injection material has cured and ensure a “one day” installation. Four fins and two ridges on the rubber gasket prevent rotation of the packer during tightening and thereby facilitate optimal fixation of the packer in the drill hole. KÖSTER One Day Site Packers do not have a pre-determined breaking point. The spanners are to be screwed off after use.
