Lay ASO®-Dichtmanschette-B over the floor drain flange. <br />2. Mark out the size of the flange and cut out the required opening. <br />3. Clean and degrease the flange. On flanges with a surface made of stainless steel for example, additional primer made of reaction resin such as <br />ASODUR®-GBM may be required. <br />4. Apply the selected waterproofing material to the prepared substrate. <br />5. Pull the sealing sleeve over the flange. <br />6. Press the sealing sleeve into the waterproofing layer meticulously without voids or wrinkles, using a flat trowel or pressure roller. <br />7. The sealing sleeve must be integrated into the area waterproofing seamlessly. A tight connection to the area waterproofing must be made.</p> <p>Storage conditions <br />Storage <br />Cool, dry, protected from sunlight. Min. 24 months in the original container.</p> <p>Disposal <br />Product leftovers can be disposed of in household waste.</p> <p>Emission behaviour / building certification systems <br />Very low emissions in accordance with GEV-EMICODE, which normally results in positive evaluations within the scope of building <br />certification systems in accordance with DGNB, LEED, BREEAM, HQE. <br />Maximum quality level 4, line 8 in accordance with DGNB criteria "ENV 1.2 Risks to the local environment".</p> <p>SCHOMBURG GmbH & Co. KG · Aquafinstr. 2–8 · D-32760 Detmold (Germany) · Tel. +49-5231-953-00 · Fax +49-5231- 953-333 · schomburg.com <br />2/3</p> <p>29/06/2023</p> <p>Technical Datasheet <br />ASO®-Dichtmanschette-B <br />Notes <br />Pipe penetrations that are secured with ASO®-Dichtmanschette-B must be protected adequately against mechanical damage. <br />ASO®-Dichtmanschette-B may not be glued or overcoated afterwards with products containing solvents. <br />Border, field, structural movement joints and movement joints should be carried over to or installed at the designated location; suitable means <br />(e.g. edge strips) should be used to detach them!</p> <p>Planning, inspection of substrates and building site circumstances, laying, grouting and subsequent <br />care of the work must be done in accordance with the relevant DIN standards and recognised rules of <br />technology (e.g. the ZDB sheets of the Zentralverband Deutsches Baugewerbe e.V.) in the latest <br />version.</p> <p>The rights of the buyer with regard to the quality of our materials are based on our terms and conditions of sale and delivery.
